As we are also a Computer Training Centre we often have clients who are upskilling and completing courses in MYOB or other computer programs. Employer Placement Fees - are affordable.
Permanent Full time or Part time   -    5% placement fee based on annual salary package.
Temporary or Casual placement   -    5% placement fee based on 3 month salary or a one-time fee of $500. 

* Note - other recruitment agencies charge from 10%.

Terms of Business 
1. All advertising costs are passed onto the employer. Not all vacancies will require advertising.
2. Option to pre-approve the content and cost of the advertising.
3. Internet advertising on National Database and on MAXIS Solutions websites are charged to the employer at 
    $50 - $25 each website.
4. Fees quoted excluded GST.
5. Salary packages consist of base salary, company car valued at $10,000) or vehicle allowance. Medical
    benefits, Superannuation or other reimbursements are not included.
6. Where vacancies are withdrawn after initiation of recruitment services, MAXIS reserves the right to a service
    fee to cover incurred costs on your behalf. This is based on 20% of the placement fee if the vacancy is
    withdrawn at short listing stage, 40% of placement fee if the vacancy is withdrawn at interview stage or
    100% of placement fee if the vacancy is withdrawn after the offer has been made to the candidate.
7. Invoices are payable within 7 days of invoice data.
8. MAXIS reserves the right to charge a late fee of up to 1.5% per month on balance owing.
