This Certificate IV in Training and Assessment package is designed for training practitioners who plan to, or who are currently delivering nationally recognised or accredited training and assessment services. It is also suitable for new practitioners moving into roles where training and assessment is the major component of their role.
Upon completion participants should be able to:
 • Deliver training effectively using various delivery methods
• Design learning products and design effective learning
processes
• Communicate with all individuals – levels, knowledge
• Conduct assessments and develop assessment tools,
validate processes
• Deliver and continuously improve training services

The TAE40110 course is comprised of 7core units
and 3electives

TAEASS403A Participate in assessment validation
Elective Units
TAEDEL403A Coordinate and facilitate distance-based learning
TAEASS301A Contribute to assessment
TAEASS502A Design and develop assessment tools
Duration
Weekday Classroom Course – 6 weeks classroom sessions
(Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday x 6 weeks)
Saturday Course – 9.30-4.00pm - 10 sessions classroom face-to-face sessions
Note: We structure the training to ensure all your work and projects are completed throughout the duration of the course. This ensures no extra work is left for you to complete afterwards.
Cost - $1790 (no gst) cost includes all textbooks
Max. of 12 students per class.
Note – it is possible to finish in a shorter period if you can provide evidence for Recognised Prior Learning (RPL)
Recognition of Prior Learning
Recognition of Prior Learning is available to those who have demonstrable competency and relevant experience in the Training and Assessment units of competency (UOC) and/or other relevant qualifications for part or the whole of this Qualification.
Already TAA qualified?
For those who gained their TAA40104 via Maxis Solutions you can
update NOW to the NEW TAE40110 - Only $120
If you gained your TAA40104 through another RTO, send or bring your Certificate to us for evaluation and quote for the update to TAE40110.
- The update process will depend on which two electives you did for the TAA.
- To save you $$$ and time we will do our very best to match those electives with those available under the packaging rules for TAE40110.
